Make sure to book your vacation early, as dates fill quickly!

Rental Rates:
Rates per night, 1-2 persons
September 1,2008 - December 15, 2008 (4-6 nights) $225/night
December 16, 2008 - March 31, 2009 (4-6 nights) $300.00/night
April 1,2009 - June 15, 2009 (4-6 nights) $250.00/night
June 16, 2009 - August 31, 2009 (4-6 nights) $260.00/night
28 Nights or more: 10% Discount.

Children under 5 years of age stay free. Children 5 to 17 years of age are
an additional $15.00 per child per night. Extra persons 18 years of age and over
are an additional $25.00 per night, per person.

Rates do not include Hawaii taxes ~ HI State TA TAX 8.25%, HI State GE Tax 4.17%.

Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit of one-third (33 1/3%) of your total rental expense
is required within two weeks of making your reservation,
in order to hold your requested dates.
The balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.
Payments by Check, Money Order or Cashiers Check

General Policies:
**Important: This is a "Non-Smoking" Unit ~ Smoking is not allowed inside the condo.
Check-in time: 2 PM; check out time: 11 AM.
Please let us know if you require and early check-in or late
check-out. We try to accommodate those requests with advance notice.
Non-smokers only, please.
Amenities, rates and policies subject to change without notice.
Rates for Christmas and February may be higher than published rates.
